Transfer the Submess.zip file to a temporary directory.

Next unzip the Submess.zip file using pkunzip.

Windows 3.1
From the Windows Program manager, select file, and then run.

If your temporary directory was called "tempdir" and it
was located on your drive C,  you would type the following in
the command box.

c:\tempdir\setup


Windows 95
Select Start
Next select Run

If your temporary directory was called "tempdir" and it
was located on your drive C,  you would type the following in
the open box.

c:\tempdir\setup

Please note:
To run the Subliminal message playback program does not require 256 colors,
However, to use the Text, Slide playback module, you will need a
display adapter which can display 256 colors (SVGA or better).  
Most of today's graphic cards support Super VGA, however, many do not
have the current VGA Windows Drivers.  This is partially due to the fact
that Windows 3.1 did not ship with SVGA drivers, so you 
may need to contact Microsoft, or your Graphics card adapter company,
for updated drivers.  You will get an error message running the Text,
playback module, if your graphics card is not running in the 256 color, 
or higher, mode.
